• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, realtors, builders, and referral sources
• Assist borrowers with loan applications and gather required financial documentation
• Analyze applicants’ financial status and credit to determine loan eligibility
• Recommend appropriate mortgage products (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, etc.)
• Stay informed on current lending regulations and market trends
• Work closely with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure timely and smooth closings
• Maintain compliance with all bank and regulatory requirements
• Meet established sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

• Prior experience in mortgage lending or financial services preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads and build relationships
• Knowledge of mortgage loan products, underwriting, and closing procedures
• NMLS registration required (or ability to obtain)
