Assistant Manager (Domino's Pizza)

• Oversee all shift activities: cost controls, inventory and cash management, and customer relations.
• Set the example, enforce policy and procedures, and hold staff accountable for quality and standards.
• Staff scheduling, paperwork, cost controls, cash handling, food management, and marketing to drive profitability.
• Maintain store cleanliness, perfect image, and adherence to standards.
• Work to a schedule and perform general store duties such as stock, inventory, and equipment operation.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

• Give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over phone or in person.

• Accurate arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); calculator may be used.
• Provide correct monetary change.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone skills.
• Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using keyboard or touchscreen.
• Navigate maps and locate addresses within delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings while carrying product.

• Varying weather conditions, including dust, fumes, and temperature extremes.
• Physical movement: standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Use of hand tools such as pizza peel, cutter, and rolling cutter.
• Driving responsibilities: deliver pizzas and marketing materials within designated area.

• Standing, walking short distances, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping at the pizza assembly station.
• Driving an insured vehicle with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe record.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Ability to multitask, make judgments, and maintain quality standards.
