Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Engineering (QE) Automation Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Selenium and/or Playwright to design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and product teams to ensure high‑quality software delivery through continuous testing and automation.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright
- Create automated test scripts for web applications across multiple browsers
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing using automation
- Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, etc.)
- Collaborate with developers to implement shift‑left testing practices
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root‑cause analysis
- Maintain test data, reports, and automation documentation
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in QE / QA Automation
- Strong hands‑on experience with Selenium and/or Playwright
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript/Type Script)
- Experience with test automation frameworks and design patterns (POM, data‑driven testing)
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured – preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
