Job Summary

The Assistant Nurse Manager acts as a first line manager in assuming responsibility for the clinical manager of assigned staff on a designated shift. As such, he/she has shift responsibility and accountability for patient care activities and supports and extends the administrative leadership provided by the Nurse Manager. She/he regularly uses her/his independent judgment in connecting with her/his managerial responsibilities.

Job Essentials

3 years of MCH experience required. 2 years NICU experience preferred.

Education Requirements

BSN required, Masters degree and Certification in Specialty preferred.

License/Certification/Registry

NJRN, BLS, NRP required.

Compensation and Benefits

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.

Minimum rate: $54.00
