• Strong experience with MMM & MTA measurement frameworks
• Full-funnel paid media analytics (digital, retail, performance marketing)
• Executive reporting, insights storytelling, and data visualization
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and independent time management
• Marketing strategy, pricing, and media campaign optimization
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Lead paid media analytics, insights, and reporting to guide marketing decisions
• Develop executive-friendly reports and actionable insights across awareness, consideration, and conversion channels
• Build automated and scalable reporting processes
• Maintain measurement frameworks to track ROI, S.com traffic, and media effectiveness
• Partner with media teams, analytics, and big data teams to align KPIs and tagging strategies
• Lead MMM/MTA analysis, optimizations, and internal advocacy of findings
• Drive cross-channel media insights to improve customer acquisition, brand health, and revenue

• 8+ years of media analytics and insights experience (paid search, social, display, affiliate, e-commerce/CPG)
• Hands-on experience with MMM/MTA frameworks and reporting
• Bachelor s degree in Marketing or equivalent; advanced degrees/certifications preferred
