The Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Graf Center for Integrative Medicine, including administrative support for integrative, wellness, and concierge medicine services. This role supports front desk operations, insurance workflows, appointment coordination, and patient experience initiatives, while also assisting with select concierge medicine functions that emphasize personalized service coordination, high-touch communication, and continuity of care.

Services supported may include massage, acupuncture, nutritional counseling, concierge wellness offerings, workshops, and other integrative programs. Responsibilities include providing administrative and clerical support across programs, maintaining patient databases, assisting with special events, supporting retail operations, and contributing to a seamless, patient-centered experience.

You will be responsible for administrative and operational support for the Graf Center for Integrative Medicine, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across integrative, wellness, and concierge-style services. You will support excellent customer service through coordination of scheduling, communication, registration, and intake processes, with an emphasis on personalized, high-touch service delivery.

• Knowledge of insurance benefits and coding to support the Graf Center Desk/insurance calls and be responsible for the Executive Wellness program's daily functions.
• Minimum of 2 years medical / hospital, medical office, or wellness center experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office products required.
• Direct patient and physician experience preferred.
• A working knowledge or interest in holistic wellness a plus.
• Previous experience with EPIC and Athena a plus.
• Comfortable working with Physicians and donors.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.

Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
