Land Development Design Engineer

Job Details

REQUIREMENTS:

• Civil Engineering Degree, anywhere from 2-12 years of civil engineering experience, PE or on track to obtain it
• Auto Cad Civil 3D proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing site plans, construction drawings & design documents
• Gathering and reviewing zoning ordinances, permit requirements, and applicable land development regulations
• Preparing land development permit applications and associated calculations and report for stormwater, sanitary sewer, water service, flood hazard area, soil erosion, etc.
• Coordinating with regulatory review agencies, other design consultants, architects, etc.
