The Parent Outreach Planning and Facilitating role is responsible for strengthening the home–school connection by developing, coordinating, and implementing systems that promote family engagement, communication, and participation in school initiatives.

• NJ Certification:
  Instructional Certification/ Educational Services Personnel Certification
• Familiar with the NJ Student Learning Standards
• Deep knowledge of educational software applications
• Strong instructional background
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Curriculum Modifications

• Develop and implement a comprehensive family engagement event aligned to school goals.
• Identify parent needs and interests through surveys and data review.
• Plan culturally responsive outreach strategies that promote inclusivity and accessibility.
• Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and support teams.
• Create outreach materials such as flyers, announcements, parent guides, and event reminders.
• Coordinate logistics for event including scheduling, materials, translation/interpretation, and space setup.
• Lead parent sessions or work with presenters to deliver content clearly and effectively.

SALARY:
Per ETA Guide x 25 hours each
