Overview
We are currently hiring for a Part-time ADMIN ASSISTANT
. This position will report to the Operations Manager and will be part-time to begin (20-25 hrs/week) then turn to full-time once the company gets busier.
- Assist with answering phones and customer inquiries about their products
- Assist with product orders
- Assist customers with their orders and customer complaints
- Input shipping documents and assist the sales team
- Other admin duties as required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Hours:
9am to 1pm (hours can be flexible)
Pay: $20-$24/hr. depending on experience
