Staff Accountant

Soni is partnering with a growing real estate organization, who is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its centralized corporate accounting team. This role supports property accounting operations with a focus on bank reconciliations, general ledger activity, accruals, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation and is looking to grow within a stable and expanding environment.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts
• Record journal entries and support accrual accounting
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Analyze account activity and resolve discrepancies
• Support audit and year-end processes
• Collaborate with accounting leadership on ongoing initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Property or real estate accounting experience
• Month‑end close exposure
• Experience with Yardi or Salesforce

$75,000-$90,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
