Inventory Administrator

Base Pay Range

$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

SEAKR Engineering is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Administrator (PA Level
1). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in materials management, inventory control, and logistics in a dynamic high‑tech environment.

• Perform standard inventory and material transactions in the ERP system for project‑owned, SEAKR‑owned, and capital assets.
• Kit materials for shop orders (small kits).
• Process material requisitions (MRs) and MR loans.
• Handle material transfers, move‑to‑stock items, and review and resolve shortages.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory resolutions.
• Stock inventory post‑receiving inspection and assist with material movement and tracking.
• Complete basic material tasks such as T/R fulfillment, scrap notice processing, and cleaning/organizational duties.
• Collaborate with the Property team and other departments under close supervision and clear instructions.

9/80 day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM on working Fridays, with every other Friday off.

• 0–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or material handling environments (entry‑level candidates are welcome to apply).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and materials processes.
• Ability to follow procedures and take direction well.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
