Key Responsibilities- Inspect, repair, and install radon mitigation systems
- Perform initial walk-through evaluations with the customer
- Conduct diagnostics on airflow (pressure-filled extension tests), which may require drilling into concrete/slab foundation
- Install mitigation materials; run pipes for ventilation, and install fans
- Occasional shallow digging and/or excavation of materials on-site
- Conduct post-installation testing and diagnostics of systems
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Demonstrate to customers how to use the equipment
- Respond quickly to customer problems or issues
- Document job details following company policy
- Ensure job site areas are clean and free of any leftover debris before leaving the site
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (additional education preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willing to become a certified & licensed radon professional
- 1+ years of construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC experience, or building maintenance is a plus
- Experience in managing client relationships and addressing client concerns
- Ability to work within and meet established deadlines
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong problem-solving skills
