Our partner, Design Wealth, a growing advisory firm in the Denver area, is seeking a collaborative, growth-oriented Financial Advisor who is passionate about building long-term client relationships and motivated by a career path with meaningful earning potential. This is an on-site role in Englewood, CO.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning & Strategy Development
- Develop, present, and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with clients’ short- and long-term goals.
- Provide holistic advice across retirement income planning, investments, insurance, tax strategies, and estate considerations.
- Monitor and adjust client portfolios to reflect evolving goals, risk tolerance, and market conditions.
- Oversee account activity including RMDs, transfers, and updates to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and high-touch service.
- Conduct client review meetings and deliver clear, actionable insights that keep clients engaged and confident.
- Actively contribute to business growth through referrals, networking, centers of influence, and firm-sponsored opportunities.
- Participate in educational seminars and events to engage prospective clients and convert relationships into lasting partnerships.
- Business Development & Long-Term Growth
- Actively contribute to client growth through referrals, centers of influence, networking, and firm-sponsored opportunities
- Represent the firm at educational events and seminars, helping convert prospects into long-term client relationships
- Leverage established processes, marketing support, and senior advisor collaboration to build your book strategically—not alone
- Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure all client activity meets regulatory requirements and firm standards, always acting in the client’s best interest.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Red Tail CRM to support transparency and collaboration.
- Contribute to team meetings and share insights on client strategies, staying informed of new trends, products, and best practices to enhance client outcomes.
- Team Collaboration & Support
- Collaborate closely with senior advisors and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Contribute insights and best practices in team meetings, staying current on industry trends and solutions.

This role offers a competitive base salary of $96,000
, providing stability while you build momentum. In addition, the Advisor will participate in a commission structure designed to reward long-term client relationships and sustained growth

- Series 65 license or CFP® required

Life & Health Insurance license preferred - Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in financial advisory, client-facing, or related roles
- Strong working knowledge of financial planning, investments, insurance, retirement, taxes, and estate planning
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate complex financial concepts clearly
- Proficiency with financial planning tools, CRM systems (Red Tail preferred), and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver a high-quality client experience
- Proactive, analytical mindset with a desire to grow professionally and financially
