As a Sales Estimator, you will estimate mitigation work related to fire, flood and other losses for residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with insurance companies, adjusters, and property owners to ensure projects are bid accurately and competitively. You will build long‑term relationships with adjusters and insurance companies to secure future job opportunities.

You will interact with commercial and residential property owners, insurance adjusters and TPAs on projects ranging from a few thousand dollars to multi‑million dollar assignments. Your earnings potential is uncapped and driven by your performance.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience estimating residential and commercial mitigation projects.
• Strong organizational skills and team orientation.
• Proficiency in Xactimate software is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with property owners and adjusters.
• Experience with time and material estimating is a plus.

Guaranteed base salary plus commissions based on each project’s profitability. Base pay ranges from $65,000 to $100,000 annually depending on experience. Additional benefits include a company vehicle, gas card, EZ Pass (or toll tag), laptop, smartphone, and fully paid medical insurance; optional dental and optical; 401(k) plan.
