Employment Type: Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday Schedule

Position Type: Base pay + Commission

Pay Range: $30,000 - $50,000 per year

We're expanding our team and are looking for ambitious and customer-focused Parts, Accessories, and Apparel sales associates.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Assist customers in finding the right products to match their lifestyle and needs
• Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and product displays
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient shopping environment

Requirements:

• A strong passion and enthusiasm for the powersports industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A dedication to helping customers and delivering excellent service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays
• Prior experience is a plus but not required - we'll train you!
