In this front-facing role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the boutique welcoming guests, customizing their experience, and driving membership and retail sales. • Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
• Promote and sell memberships, enhancements, and gift cards
• Educate guests on massage styles, retail products, and wellness benefits
• Book, adjust, and manage appointments accurately
• Ensure the boutique and guest areas are clean, calm, and beautifully presented
• Open and close the boutique following standard procedures
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and problem-solving finesse
• Collaborate with team and leadership to support a smooth, uplifting workplace

• Proven sales experience and confidence in driving results
• Strong customer service background in a hospitality, wellness, or retail setting
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about helping people feel their best
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• A team player who uplifts others and embraces a positive culture
