Custom Frame Manager

Position Summary

Lead and coach a team of framers focused on building strong customer relationships and delivering high‑quality custom framing solutions at Store – DEN‑SHERIDAN, CO.

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Develop and coach the team on selling behaviors and performance standards.
• Plan workload and coordinate with the Store Manager to deliver high‑quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve individual KPIs and manage the framing team to reach their role KPIs.
• Review sales and production workload, building plans and schedules for sales floor networking.
• Execute inventory management processes as assigned.
• Manage shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing, and training new team members; support talent development and participate in performance management activities.
• Collaborate daily with other MODs on framing and other operational expectations.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and customer‑centric demeanor, especially in challenging situations, and uphold the organization’s vision and values.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure standards are met and maintained within budget.
• Follow SOPs and company programs to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Support omni‑channel processes.

• Basic computer skills.

• Previous custom framing experience.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
• Contact the supervisor if assistance is needed to perform these functions; an interactive process will be undertaken to determine reasonable accommodations.

• Public retail store setting with climate‑controlled customer areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled.
• Occasional outdoor work when retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Total Base Pay Range: $16.00 – $22.20 per hour
