ONE as a PRN Registered Nurse in the Main Operating Room. This part‑time, on‑call position offers flexibility with a predictable four‑week rotating schedule.

Hourly Wage Estimate: $36.50 – $55.25 per hour. Pay rates may vary based on experience and skill set.

Job Summary: A qualified RN will work in the operating room, performing tasks such as patient evaluation, education, medication administration, surgical site verification, and emergency response.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery.
• Provide patient and family education about the procedure and peri‑operative process.
• Prepare patients, including intravenous therapy, pre‑operative medications, and surgical site verification.
• Participate in surgical site verification, briefing, time‑out, debriefing, and universal protocols per hospital policy.
• Recognize and respond to patient emergencies.
• Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care while managing evidence‑based practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work as an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team.
• Apply nursing process, critical thinking, scientific judgment, technical skills, and leadership to deliver safe care.
• Assess patient condition, monitor throughout the shift, and document changes thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families about medical condition, treatment, and follow‑up measures.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
