Registered Nurse (RN) – Reunion Rehabilitation Hospitals

Reunion Rehabilitation Hospitals is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide both direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. The RN will collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff, and communicate changes in patients‑clinical condition to physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and coworkers as appropriate. Participation in discharge planning is also required.

Base pay range: $35.00/hr – $55.00/hr
. Pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patients‑clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisor/manager, and coworkers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process.

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross; online certification is not acceptable

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
