Adult Oncology Nurse Navigator
Location: Denver, CO – HCA Health One Swedish and HCA Health One Sky Ridge (GYN oncology patients)

Salary Range: $71,947 – $107,931 per year (typical range; may vary by experience and role comparison)
Join HCA Healthcare’s Oncology team to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care. This exempt position works Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm and provides comprehensive support for GYN oncology patients.

- Serve as a liaison between patients/families and multidisciplinary providers to ensure effective communication.
- Advocate for patients from diagnosis through end of active treatment.
- Assess medical, social, and psychosocial needs; connect patients to appropriate resources.
- Provide teaching, outreach, and support, empowering patients to manage their own healthcare.
- Conduct follow‑up conversations and communicate any concerns or changes to the appropriate provider.
- Three to five years of oncology nursing experience.
- Preferred experience in program development and patient education within oncology.
- Experience as a nurse navigator and/or patient educator in oncology (preferred).
- Leadership and customer‑service experience (preferred).
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) achieved or in progress – preferred.
