• Develops strategic plans and programs for trauma services, injury prevention, and outreach.
• Evaluates patient care services to identify and reduce gaps in service and overcome barriers to cost‑effective care.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements and standards.
• Manages daily operations at designated facilities, focusing on quality care, patient satisfaction, and physician satisfaction.
• Collaborates with trauma managers, nursing, and other patient care departments to manage trauma patient and family care processes.
