Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a travel Med/Surg Spine Unit night shift position in Colorado with a current CO or compact RN license and at least one year of recent Med/Surg experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital-based Med/Surg Spine Unit
- Patient population includes spine cases and medical-surgical admissions
- Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week travel contract
- Provide care to patients recovering from spine and other medical-surgical procedures
- First-time travelers are accepted
- Required to maintain up-to-date certifications; expiring certifications within 30 days of assignment start are not accepted
- Teamwork and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff is expected
- Active CO or compact RN license required
- Minimum one year of recent Med/Surg RN experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required
- Must not have work history gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required (two if licensed in FL or MO)
- No local candidates; must live outside a 50-mile radius
