• Work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care and document resident status at the start and end of each shift.
• Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including showers, bathroom assistance, and dressing/grooming.
• Document and communicate resident progress to nursing and management staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

• Successful completion of the State CNA/STNA course is required; ongoing certification maintenance is essential.
• Must hold a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Base pay range is determined by skills and experience; the role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.
