The expert practice of the OR Service Line Lead provides for the daily operations and maintenance of specific service lines. This position is essential in coordinating services as part of an interdisciplinary team of caregivers.

• Collaborate with all other healthcare disciplines to achieve successful execution of the patient’s plan‑of‑care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Meet the Nurse Practice Act, Title 22, The Joint Commission, and the Plan for Provision of Nursing Care and the Plan for Provision of Care to Patients, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate staff education, outcome management, physician outreach, customer service, revenue integrity, and capital budgets.
• Take calls as needed by the department and complete other duties as assigned.

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience preferred. Previous experience with specialty service line coordination and development preferred.
