General Production Worker

Manufacturing Associate — $22/hr | Englewood, CO

Pay: $22/hour

Location: Englewood, CO

• Training period (first 2–4 weeks): Mandatory 60 hours/week
  , Monday–Saturday, 6:00am–4:30pm

• Regular schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:0am–4:30pm
  , with optional Fridays (typically 40–50 hours/week
  )

Join a fast-growing, advanced powder coating and decorative finishes facility specializing in commercial siding. As a Manufacturing Associate
, you’ll be part of a tight‑knit team performing hands‑on prep work, loading and unloading materials, and learning automated processes unique to the operation.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical, tool‑based work, wants to build new skills, and is looking for long‑term growth within a rapidly expanding company.

• Perform general prep work using a variety of power tools
• Load and unload products weighing 30–35 lbs
• Learn and follow automated processes specific to the facility
• Cross‑train in multiple shop functions, including:
  • Warehousing
  • Quality Control
  • Machine Operation
  • Powder Coating

• Experience with paint prep
• Comfort using hand and power tools
• Experience in production, construction, mechanical, or industrial environments
• Ability to use tools such as sprayers, band saws, screw guns, and table saws
• Strong hand‑tool proficiency
• General manufacturing experience preferred
