Role Description
We're seeking a driven and motivated select-service hotel Director of Sales to optimize revenues utilizing outbound sales and strategic revenue generating techniques. The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving top line revenue in both guest rooms and meeting space, heavily involved in Revenue Management strategies and tactics, while being a key team player.

The Director of Sales will oversee all aspects of transient, corporate, group and meeting space bookings, outbound sales, overall sales strategy, community involvement, revenue management all while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities- Lead the sales and revenue development efforts for the hotel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Work in partnership with the Revenue Manager and Vice President of Sales to develop, communicate and implement sales strategies, mix of business, digital marketing and pricing strategies.
- Maintain and strengthen hotel relationships with key accounts to increase revenues, client satisfaction and community ties.
- Ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
- Serve as liaison with hotel owners and corporate entities.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of select-service Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales, or equivalent experience
- Proven success in building a strong sales culture
- Financial acumen, forecasting, and budgeting skills
- Extensive experience in business travel sales, group sales and catering sales
- Hilton, Marriott, or similar upscale hotel experience
