This full-time position (40 hours/week, day shift) plays a key role in keeping our community beautiful, welcoming, and clean for our residents and guests.### ### What You'll Do:

You’ll help maintain the high standards of our community by:
* Keeping common areas, amenities, and grounds clean and tidy
* Maintaining curb appeal by raking, sweeping, and seasonal upkeep
* Caring for the pool and related equipment
* Handling trash removal and maintaining exterior lighting
* Taking care of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment### ###

What We’re Looking For:

* At least
** 1 year of work experience** (experience in custodial or cleaning work is a plus!)
* Comfortable lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
* A positive attitude and pride in your work!### ### Pay & Perks:
