The successful Litigation Associate candidate will have the knowledge and experience necessary to support the firm’s busy commercial, real estate, and litigation practices. The preferred Litigation candidate will be self-motivated, decisively execute projects, have excellent writing and analytical skills, and enjoy working as part of a strong team. The preferred candidates will have a record of achievement, have experience taking/defending depositions, and some trial experience.

Requirements:

Requirements
  • An attorney who is determined, professional, well-informed, knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive, and clear in communication.
  • 4 – 8 years of active litigation experience in commercial, construction, and/or real estate litigation in Colorado state courts.
  • Aptitude and experience to plan and accomplish goals with efficiency and creativity, while working with a supervising partner or senior attorney.
  • A professional with a proven record of problem solving capabilities.
  • Excellent writing skills coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate, consider, and evaluate potential solutions and to execute on chosen strategies.
  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado (licensed in CA is a plus)
  • Team player with a "no task too small" attitude.

  • The salary range for this position is $140,000-$160,000 depending on experience.
  • Quarterly Bonus Potential: Additional bonus potential to earn from 3% to 16% of total realized revenue with no billable hour requirements. Bonuses are tied to clear objective metrics, offering substantial earning potential for high performers.
