Duration: 7 Months (Temp to Hire)

Hours:

40 hours/week | 8 hours/day
Max Pay Rate: $33/hr

About the Role

The IT Support Technician II will provide onsite desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform setup, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, and break/fix for computers, peripherals, and related IT equipment.
• Execute moves/adds/changes and assist with integration of new and existing technologies.
• Provide basic network support to ensure connectivity for desktops and networked devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance on IT hardware and audio-visual conferencing systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on end-user satisfaction.
• Manage and resolve IT incidents and service requests; escalate to upper-tier IT teams as needed.
• Track, update, prioritize, and close tickets using the IT Service Desk ticketing system.
• Support IT department policies, procedures, and documentation efforts.
• Assist in creating and maintaining site-specific IT systems documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to understand business/user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Basic knowledge of:
• Computer hardware
• Printers & peripherals
• Networking fundamentals
• Drivers & OS-level troubleshooting
• Software installation & support
• Strong troubleshooting skills across common hardware/software environments.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and share knowledge.

Education & Experience

• Associate's Degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
  OR equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Higher education may substitute for experience where applicable.

Additional Details

• Must be onsite in Englewood, CO - no remote option.
• No security clearance required.
