IT Infrastructure and Operations Specialist

IT Infrastructure and Operations Specialist (Mid-Level) is responsible for user lifecycle management, system maintenance, patch management, security reviews, and daily operational support of IT infrastructure. This role supports both cloud and on-premises environments and plays a key part in maintaining a secure, reliable, and efficient technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate has an intermediate level of experience with Microsoft 365, Entra , Azure, endpoint security tools, and automation technologies.

LOCATION: The position is on-site in the Englewood Office. To be considered for this position, you must be local to the Area, or moving to the Denver Area. Relocation assistance is not provided.

• Manage, support, and maintain existing IT systems, including servers, workstations, cloud applications, and business systems.
• Manage patching for servers and workstations using Big Fix or similar tools, ensuring compliance and timely remediation.
• Manage and support endpoint and security tools such as Sentinel One, Barracuda, and Absolute.
• Conduct recurring permission reviews and assist with audits, access validation, and security compliance efforts.
• Perform user onboarding, offboarding, and access management across Microsoft 365, Entra , Teams, Outlook, and related systems.
• Create and implement automation scripts and workflows (Power Shell preferred) to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide escalation support for technical issues and collaborate with IT team members on ongoing initiatives.
• Monitor and support phone dialer platform (Convoso) as well as internal phone system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations support.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra , Azure, Teams, and other cloud-based enterprise services.
• Advanced knowledge of identity and access management and role-based access control (e.g., Entra, Active Directory).
• Experience with patch management for servers and workstations.
• Familiarity with endpoint security solutions such as Sentinel One and Barracuda.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to document procedures and follow established processes.

• Power Shell scripting experience and interest in automation.
• Experience with Big Fix and Absolute or similar endpoint management platforms.
• Basic understanding of phone dialer platforms used for outbound dialing and VOIP concepts.
• Exposure to security audits, compliance reviews, or cybersecurity best practices.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, security certifications).

• Requires the ability to operate a personal computer, office suites, multi‑line phone, calculator and other basic office equipment.
• Requires the ability to concentrate and consistently produce accurate work.
• While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is frequently required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• The Team Member is occasionally required to stand and walk and walk upstairs.
• The Team Member is occasionally required to stand for long periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• The Team Member must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
