Kforce has a client that is looking for a UX Designer IV in Greenwood Village, CO. Overview:
We are seeking an Enterprise UX Content Designer to support complex, B2B digital products for a large telecommunications organization. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role working closely with product designers, stakeholders, and leadership to shape clear, effective content for enterprise users. This position focuses on technical, desktop-first experiences including customer portals, internal tools, and system-generated communications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working deeply in Figma, owning content systems, and translating complex technical concepts into understandable, usable language.
Duties Include:
- Own and manage content within Figma, including text components and content patterns
- Partner closely with product designers on enterprise UX initiatives (no visual design work required)
- Enterprise customer portals
- Internal tools and workflows
- Technical and system-generated email notifications
- Metrics-driven and utilization-focused experiences
- Apply and evolve voice and tone to reduce unnecessary technical jargon while maintaining accuracy
- Participate in reviews with senior stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently
- Contribute to a fast-moving product environment with evolving tools and features
- Strong experience as a UX Content Designer, Content Designer, or UX Writer
- Advanced Figma proficiency (required)
- Experience owning and managing text components
- Comfort working with technical, data-heavy, B2B content
- Experience collaborating closely with product designers and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle frequent feedback in a collaborative setting
- Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Greenwood Village, CO
- Background in enterprise, B2B, or technical products
- Experience translating technical language into clear, user-centered content
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Lucid, or similar (can be learned on the job)
- Experience in fast-paced or evolving product environments
- Time spent at smaller or lean teams where adaptability and speed were critical
- This is a renewable contract opportunity
- No specific number of years of experience required;
Skill, mindset, and collaboration matter most - Desktop-first product focus (mobile is secondary)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
