Sr. Product Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product lifecycle end-to-end - from market opportunity to feature delivery. This hybrid role blends strategic product management with hands‑on product ownership in an agile environment. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, execution, and collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Business Intelligence and Customer Success to drive measurable business results.

• Product Roadmap - Define, maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap with prioritized initiatives based on impact (ROI) and feasibility. Ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making – Conduct market, customer, product and competitive analysis; analyze user data, industry trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Go‑to‑Market – Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption of new features aligned with business goals.

• Execution – Own the product backlog and refinement processes; write clear, actionable user stories, with acceptance criteria.
• Agile Development – Partner with Engineering in ceremonies to ensure efficient delivery and high quality, on time releases.
• Data informed - use analytics, A/B testing, production tutorial software and feedback loops to optimize sprint goals and rapid iteration.

• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership or hybrid role in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and a strong understanding of enterprise customer workflows and challenges.
• Proven track record taking products from concept to launch to scale.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, or Asana).
• Strong technical acumen – comfortable driving alignment on API’s, integrations and system architecture with engineering and data teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools and driving product recommendations grounded in data driven insights.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills – ability to align diverse teams.
• Experience working in startups or high‑growth environments is a plus.

• Background in construction, insurance, or property technology.
• Experience with AI‑powered SaaS solutions.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.

Salary for this role ranges from $95,000 to $130,000, depending on experience. This position will be eligible for a bonus and equity.
