Overview
Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, Colorado's largest and most comprehensive provider of cancer care, invites an experienced technical system trainer to join our team in Greenwood Village. The role requires extensive travel across the network, covering Denver metro areas, Longmont, Boulder, Pueblo, and Colorado Springs. The trainer will deliver training programs to administrative staff to support efficient operations and exceptional patient care.

- Collaborate with the training team to design, implement, and facilitate onboarding and ongoing education for administrative staff.
- Conduct group and individual training sessions, providing coaching as needed to reinforce learning.
- Travel regularly to RMCC locations to provide in‑person training and support.
- Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Partner with department leaders to identify gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding workflows, technology systems, and administrative protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a trainer.
- Previous training and Athena experience or one year related training experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication, planning, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Preferred healthcare experience.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Uses technical and functional experience; up-to-date knowledge of industry; consults experts when appropriate.
- Adaptability; handles work challenges confidently; adjusts to multiple demands and changing priorities.
- Exercises sound judgment; makes timely, cost‑effective decisions under uncertainty.
- Shows work commitment; sets high performance standards and pursues aggressive goals efficiently.

The role requires the employee to sit or stand during business hours, handle and lift objects up to 40 lbs, and perform tasks requiring full body motion and manual dexterity. Full range of vision and hearing is required. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
Work EnvironmentInvolves exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, and medical preparations typical of an oncology/hematology clinic. Interaction with co‑workers, management, and clients is frequent. Minimal travel by automobile to office sites may be required.
