the Opportunity

Step into an instrumental role supporting a dynamic and client-focused wealth management team. Elevation Wealth Partners Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Service Associate (RSA) to join our growing practice.

As an RSA, you will provide proactive support to our advisors and clients, deliver high-quality customer service, manage client relationships, and execute trades. You will follow established procedures for routine tasks while also taking initiative on work with substantial variety and complexity — all with an emphasis on creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates our practice.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Client Advocate:
    Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy. Build strong relationships based on trust and integrity.
  • Appointment Coordinator:
    Manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring all meetings are scheduled, confirmed, and documented accurately.
  • Client Meeting Preparation:
    Prepare review agendas, discussion points, Raymond James account reports, Morningstar reports, outside account reports (if applicable), and additional reports as requested.
  • Documentation:
    Utilize CRM to document all client calls and emails. Complete Prudent Process after each client review and track compliance requirements throughout the year.
  • Process Manager:
    Manage account-related processes including new account openings, information updates, money movement (ACH), RMDs, annuity updates, external account maintenance, and paperwork processing.
  • Communication Specialist:
    Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless client interactions. Keep all parties informed of important updates and ensure timely responses.
  • Client Servicing:
    Complete annual client reviews for assigned clients and document notes and recommendations.
  • Client Retirement Planning:
    Update or create retirement plans using Torrid Retirement View or current retirement planning software. Present to clients during reviews to ensure accuracy.
  • Client Trading:
    Execute trades as instructed by partners or clients during meetings.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66, OR Series 63 and Series 65 licenses required
  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years of industry experience preferred
  • State Insurance License preferred
  • Additional designations (CFP, CEPA, CFA) are a plus but not required

What We Offer
  • Starting annual salary of $65,000–$80,000, depending on experience
  • Eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 15%
