Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst will include:
Financial analysis, establishing performance management baselines, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting.

Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to Control Account Managers (CAMs) and key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements.

Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education with 1+ years of experience

• Ability to work in Microsoft Office

• This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Desired

Skills:

• 2+ years of related experience
• Prior experience supporting U.S. Government / DoD contracts

• Familiarity with data analysis and key performance indicators

• Familiarity with Earned Value Management and reporting tools including Enterprise Resource Planning Systems

• Advanced Excel skills; including formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.

• Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build partnerships across functional teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills

• Secret clearance

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835.
