About the Role
The Enterprise Solutions division at S&P Global empowers private equity and venture capital firms to control their data and drive internal analytics and insights. The iLEVEL Advisory and Expert Services team provides expert guidance and support to Private Markets clients utilizing S&P Global’s iLEVEL product, collaborating closely with clients to maximize the value of the product tailored to their unique use cases.
Responsibilitiesand Impact
- Support the management of multiple global Advisory & Expert Services clients by implementing best practices for effective iLEVEL system setup and utilization.
- Execute thorough business analysis to identify specific requirements and use cases for iLEVEL clients.
- Address identified requirements by delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to establish action items that address client issues and plan their execution effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams including Product, Client Management and Operations to deliver targeted solutions for client portfolio monitoring and reporting requirements.
Anticipated base salary range: $63,385 to $110,795, based on geographic location and experience. This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan but not for additional compensation such as an incentive bonus or sales commission. Benefits include:

Basic Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, economics, accounting or related field.
- Knowledge of private capital market financial analysis and reporting.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in client service or operations, preferably in private capital or investment management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with iLEVEL or other portfolio monitoring software is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Capacity to work independently in an efficient and accountable manner.
- Experience collaborating effectively in a team setting under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Eagerness to contribute significantly to the team and company with a positive attitude.
