Senior Financial Analyst

We’re partnering with a well established organization in the Denver Tech Center that’s adding a Senior Financial Analyst to support continued growth and operational complexity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, understands how numbers move through inventory and operations, and wants a seat at the table as a true finance partner.

• Serve as the primary finance point of contact for operational teams, providing insight, guidance, and decision support
• Collaborate closely with the corporate FP&A function to align reporting and forecasting efforts
• Analyze financial performance and explain changes across periods, highlighting trends and key drivers
• Own core financial activities including reporting, analysis, and foundational support work
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and tools that improve visibility and understanding
• Support inventory related analysis, cost tracking, and operational performance metrics
• Take on expanded responsibilities over time based on capability, initiative, and business needs

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or inventory driven environments
• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
• Comfort owning both foundational finance work and higher level analysis
• Ability to communicate clearly with non finance partners
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to grow your scope over time

• Compensation: $100,000–$120,000
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
• Start Date: ASAP
