Electrical CAD Technician

Compensation:

$25 - 28.6 /hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a top construction company to help find a skilled Electrical CAD Technician to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where you'll transform engineering concepts into high-quality electrical drawings for infrastructure projects. This onsite position offers a chance to develop your technical skills in a fast-paced environment. Contribute to critical projects and collaborate with talented designers, engineers, and project managers.

• Create and revise 2D electrical drawings
• Apply and maintain drafting standards
• Assist with redline incorporation and document control
• Participate in quality checks and internal reviews
• Collaborate with project teams across disciplines
• Contribute to CAD process improvements
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards

• High school diploma or GED with drafting coursework
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret engineering sketches and markups
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with initiative

• 3D drafting software proficiency
• Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment
