About

This Role

As a Senior Project Manager at PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC you will lead complex, large-scale electrical construction projects from initiation through completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and on budget while upholding the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

You will play a key part in driving operational excellence and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of PAR Electric.

Salary: $170,000–$185,000 (depends on experience). Expected compensation: USD $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, plan, and manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with company safety policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, field operations, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project performance, track progress, and implement corrective actions when required to maintain project goals.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and cost reports.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams and field personnel.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and successful execution.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, transparency, and exceptional service.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending operational efficiencies.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of project management experience in electrical construction or a related heavy industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale or complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and cost‑control systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
