• 24/7 production support.
• Monitor Data Warehousing jobs in production.
• Ensure job failures are addressed within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure production blockers are addressed with SLA.
• Guide junior team members.

• 5 to 8 years experience in 24/7 Production Support L1 team (data engineering).
• Experience in Control‑M job scheduler, SQL, Unix or Python scripting.
• Exposure to AWS and Data Warehousing projects.
