• Test Data Management experience
• Create, support, and execute the Test Data Management services at an organization level.
• Define test data strategy at an organization level.
• Formulate the right TDM solution and tooling strategy.
• Perform data identification across multiple data sources, extraction, and loading into the test environments based on the scenario provided.
• Coordinate with the Application Team, Testing, Infrastructure and tool vendors to resolve issues.
• Define and advise internal and external standards, methods and procedures for Test Data Management.
• Ability to establish, report, and manage various metrics to effectively manage the team.

• Engineering degree with 2+ years of experience in Software Testing in an agile environment.
• Experienced Test Data Management Work Stream Lead to provide overall direction and leadership for the Test Data Management work stream, in addition to hands‑on test data management.
• Experience in Test Data Manager tool (Broadcom).
• Experience in test data management tools assessment and implementation.
• Experience working with project teams to identify test data requirements based on a test data management process.
• Experience provisioning data for multiple teams in multiple environments using automated tools.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience with automation testing UI application.
• Strong analytical (ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions), organizational and communication skills.
• Strong desire to succeed and contribute individually and as a member of a team.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SQL or other database query tools required.
• Proven expertise in automation tools – Selenium using Java and Ready
  
  API using Groovy scripting.
• Extensive experience in automating functional, regression and other repeatable tests.
• Exposure to test management tools such as ALM, Rally, Jira.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipeline engineering and maintenance using tools like Git Lab CI, Jenkins, Maven etc.
