Safety, quality, and teamwork are core to everything we do. This role is based in Denver, Colorado, with occasional travel to project sites.
Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 per year (based on experience).
What You'll Do- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing drilling and foundation projects supporting substation construction.
- Coordinate project logistics, including equipment mobilization, material procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Support project documentation efforts such as RFIs, change orders, submittals, and daily reports.
- Track labor, equipment, and material costs to maintain budgetary control and accurate reporting.
- Conduct routine job site visits to observe work progress, verify safety compliance, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with field crews, engineers, and clients to resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, and progress reports for leadership review.
- Collaborate with the Safety Department to reinforce a zero-injury culture and comply with company and OSHA standards.
- Participate in project closeout activities, ensuring documentation accuracy and capturing lessons learned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of project management experience within the electrical utility or power delivery industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing substation construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of substation equipment, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams on large‑scale projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, andli>
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
