About This Role

PAR Electric is a trusted leader in the power and infrastructure industry, providing comprehensive solutions for transmission, distribution, substation, civil, and drilling projects across the nation. Safety, quality, and teamwork are core to everything we do. This role is based in Denver, Colorado, with occasional travel to project sites.

Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 per year (based on experience).

What You'll Do
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing drilling and foundation projects supporting substation construction.
  • Coordinate project logistics, including equipment mobilization, material procurement, and subcontractor management.
  • Support project documentation efforts such as RFIs, change orders, submittals, and daily reports.
  • Track labor, equipment, and material costs to maintain budgetary control and accurate reporting.
  • Conduct routine job site visits to observe work progress, verify safety compliance, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with field crews, engineers, and clients to resolve operational challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, and progress reports for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Department to reinforce a zero-injury culture and comply with company and OSHA standards.
  • Participate in project closeout activities, ensuring documentation accuracy and capturing lessons learned.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of project management experience within the electrical utility or power delivery industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing substation construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of substation equipment, construction methods, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams on large‑scale projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, andli>
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
