, you will lead the conceptualization and development of next‑generation military aviation systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency from concept through production.

- Lead the design, development, and refinement of advanced aircraft systems and structures for the UJTS program
, covering mission payloads and highly integrated aircraft. - Manage the full systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements parsing, derivation, allocation, and complex system integration.
- Execute high‑impact trade studies to define and mature the aircraft baseline, identifying technical risks and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including aerodynamics, propulsion, and avionics—to ensure seamless execution from conceptual design to production.
- Establish and track Key Technical Performance Measurements (TPM) to monitor system effectiveness throughout the development phase.
- Oversee Verification and Validation (V&V) principles to ensure all systems meet rigorous military and aerospace certification standards.
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering, specifically within the Aerospace or Defense industry.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and requirements management (functional parsing and allocation).
- Tool Proficiency:
Experience with industry‑standard tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, No
Magic, or MATLAB for system modeling. - Standardization: Deep knowledge of INCOSE standards and industry‑standard mechanical design principles.
- Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical discipline.
