Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a program planning capacity and a total of at least 6 years of professional experience.
- Experience with planning/scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Open Plan, P6, etc.) including resource loading labor hours.
- Planning/scheduling experience on programs requiring EVMS.
- Experience developing the Integrated Management Plan / Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS).
- Must be able to travel up to 15%.
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Top Secret government security clearance.

Sr, Integrated Program Planner
Lockheed Martin Space’s Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) team supports the Navy’s mission to provide affordable and credible strategic defense. The program is experiencing significant growth, and we need a Level 3 Program Planner to support the Program Planning organization through functional support of the Reentry Organization in the execution of program and long‑term planning activities. The role is located in Englewood, CO.
Inthis role you will…
- Update the IMP and create future fiscal year IMSs.
- Ensure EIA‑748 guidelines are followed regarding schedule.
- Maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by coordinating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team.
- Update the schedule monthly and provide data analysis to management.
- Work with co‑contractors to support the Navy’s vision for Reentry vehicles.
- Active Secret clearance preferred; active Top Secret clearance highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Open Plan and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with One Pager Pro or Milestones Pro.
- Some experience with Data‑Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance.
- Experience in integrated cost/schedule techniques.
- Strong influencing and relationship‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team.
- Effective communication to management and multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑up with quality focus.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: $77,700 – $136,965 (for specified states). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and additional paid time off.
Premium Pay StatementPay Rate: $89,300 – $154,905 (for major metropolitan areas). Benefits are the same as the national statement.
