Overview

  • Serve as a Project Engineer for a construction firm specializing in multifamily and concrete foundation projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure timely project completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Utilize engineering expertise to solve challenges and optimize construction processes.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams and stakeholders.
  • Participate in planning and design phases to ensure project feasibility and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for construction challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports throughout project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Analyze project data to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget management and cost control measures for projects.
  • Provide engineering solutions to optimize construction methods and materials.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily or concrete foundation projects; 3 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
