to learn more about FBM Our facility in Englewood, CO has an immediate opportunity for a level 3 Program Planner to join our mission on FBM. As our Program Planner, you will support the Program Planning organization through providing functional support of Life Extension 2 (LE2) Program in support of program execution planning activities. To be successful, you must have a strong background in program planning as it relates to the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and its alignment with industry standards for program performance management compliance.

Summary of

Key Duties:

In this role, you will....
• Be responsible for updating an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and creating future fiscal year Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Ensure EIA-748 guidelines are followed regarding schedule
• Actively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by regularly coordinating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team
• Update the schedule monthly and ensure data analysis is completed and provided to management. Our level 3 employees typically have 5-10 years of experience. #LMSpace Program Planners

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with planning/ scheduling tools including cost-schedule integration
• Planning/ scheduling experience on programs requiring EVMS
• Experience developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance
Desired

Skills:

• Active Secret security clearance
• Microsoft Project or Open Plan Professional experience
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
• Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality
• Experience with Milestones Pro, One Pager Pro
