Systems Engineer, Technical Support
As a Senior AV Engineer working in office in Denver, CO, you’ll be a part of bringing humanity to business. This role focuses on leading the engineering, configuration, installation, maintenance, training, and upgrade of our global IP‑Video and Web‑based video infrastructure in 16 countries.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for all aspects of designing, deploying, and supporting our Global IP-Video Tandberg/Cisco and Web‑based (Zoom) infrastructure, including US Teams Room Video systems.
- Support and implement all VoIP, IP‑Video, Digital Signage, A/V technologies.
- Oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance of systems.
- Lead A/V design, project management, vendor and budget oversight.
- Provide engineering and technical leadership on new and upgraded video conferencing, event center, and NOC projects.
- Develop and maintain video engineering standards.
- Lead moves, adds, and changes in the system.
- Prioritize activities to ensure proper operation of video systems.
- Provide in‑room AV support for end users and senior executives.
- Create installation, training, and job aid documentation.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the manager.
- High School Diploma;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience. - Minimum 3 years’ experience designing, engineering, installing, and supporting video conferencing/AV integration.
- Experience with A/V platforms: QSC/Qsys, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Sennheiser, Mackie, Dante, live‑sound, lighting (ETC), DMX, Global Cache, RGB Spectrum, video wall processors, and IP camera platforms.
- Experience with JSON programming, Savant, MDM solutions, macOS, Linux, and video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with web‑based services such as Zoom, Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Experience with large enterprise IP networks and related equipment.
- Ability to bridge and troubleshoot Teams video conference calls.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to create and define technical processes.
- Ability to plan, analyze, design, and implement technical solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Visio, etc.).
- Understanding of IP‑Video and web‑based protocols (H.323, SIP, etc.).

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (based on geographic location, experience, education, and skill level).
LocationEnglewood, Colorado (US‑CO‑Englewood) – office based.
