Job Details

What You'll Do
- + Lead and support land planning efforts for residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects
+ Prepare conceptual site plans, master plans, and planning graphics
+ Create and refine submittals for zoning, entitlement, and jurisdictional review
+ Support landscape architecture design and documentation as needed
+ Produce presentation materials, renderings, and illustrative plans (hand or digital)
+ Collaborate with internal team members, external consultants, and clients

What You Bring
- + Degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related field
+ 8 or more years of experience in a professional design or planning studio
+ Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop), Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office
+ Strong graphic and communication skills; hand sketching is a plus
+

Experience with entitlement processes and municipal planning preferred
+ Team-oriented mindset with strong initiative and design sensibility
