Sign Production Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Sign Production Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring the timely production, assembly, and quality assurance of real estate signage. You’ll work hands-on with various materials and equipment to produce everything from yard signs and rider panels to custom signage solutions.

• Operate wide-format printers, plotters, laminators, and other production equipment
• Prepare and assemble signs including cutting, weeding, mounting, laminating, and installing vinyl graphics
• Maintain production schedules and ensure on-time order fulfillment
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in color, size, and finish
• Organize and manage signage inventory, materials, and tools
• Package and prepare completed signs for delivery or installation
• Collaborate with designers and customer service team to ensure client specifications are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production space
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (additional education preferred but not required)

• 1+ years of experience in sign production, printing, or a related field
• Proficiency with tools like X-Acto knives, cutting tables, laminators, and digital printers
• Familiarity with vinyl application and sign-making materials
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to read and interpret design proofs and production specs
• Comfortable standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and performing physical tasks throughout the day
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or other design software
• Knowledge of sign installation techniques
• Experience in real estate marketing or print production
