Workplace Planning Consultant - Remote Opportunity

Join us as we partner with our client Empower to support their growing Retirement Plan Advisory Team (RPAT) and make a meaningful impact on customers' financial futures. This is a direct hire opportunity!

• Support customers by phone during major employment and retirement-related transitions
• Explain 401(k), IRA, and other retirement account options
• Provide plan education and deepen customer relationships with Empower
• Deliver a high-quality, consultative customer experience focused on financial well‑being

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1+ year of experience in performance- or goal-driven roles
• Currently possess an active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 licenses
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection (fiber, cable, or DSL required)
• A dedicated workspace at home with limited disruption
• Other necessary computer equipment will be provided

• Phone-based consultation experience
• Knowledge of retirement plan products
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
